How long before I can expect my order?
We aim to get your order out within 5 business days. Please keep in mind that your order is being made fresh! This takes time. We'll email you if there's a delay.
If you have a time-sensitive order, like a birthday, please, please, please inform us of the date via the comment section of the order form.
Free vs cold shipping
We will never ship cold unless you give us permission. It actually costs us more than $10 and it takes extra time to pack it correctly. We offer "Priority cold shipping" as a friendly service.
The default during Fall and Winter is "Free priority mail", while in Spring and Summer the default is "Priority cold shipping". If you live in a region that is 80 degrees or higher and the default is "free shipping", consider choosing "Priority Cold Shipping". "Priority cold shipping" ADDS $10 for cold shipping to your bill. However, we will SUBTRACT the $10 if we don't ship cold because the actual shipping day is cooler than you thought it might be. If you leave the default at "Free Priority Mail" then you do not grant us the option to ship cold and you are willing to wait for a cooler day. We will email you if there will be a weather delay.
We offer three ways to pay.
You can pay directly through the site via credit card or PayPal. If you want to pay by check or place your order over the phone and pay by check or credit card, then please call us at (207) 457-2055. If everyone is down in the chocolate room, we will get back to you if you leave a number. You will not be charged until your order ships.
You can track your order's status using a code sent in our confirmation email to you.
